Welcome to GoViralPromo ("we", "our", or "the Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating in any contests or campaigns. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoViralPromo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GoViralPromo is a gamified crowdfunding platform where:

  • Contest Creators launch contests incentivizing real social media engagement.
  • Campaign Creators create mini-campaigns under contests.
  • Participants (Donors) support campaigns using testnet USDC tokens.
  • Winners are rewarded based on leaderboard performance.
  • All activity is simulated using testnet tokens and does not involve real money transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be eligible to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal guardian consent.
  • You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Testnet Tokens & Rewards

The platform uses test USDC tokens for all campaign interactions. These tokens have no monetary value and are used solely for simulation and gamification purposes. Contest Creators may offer real-world rewards off-platform to winners, as defined during contest creation.

6. Contest Entry Requirements & Social Sharing

By participating in contests on GoViralPromo, you agree that:

a. Sharing Requirement

To support a campaign participant for the first time, you must share the campaign to at least one social media platform. This is a voluntary action done through official platform share dialogs (Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).

b. Platform Terms Compliance

You agree to comply with the terms of service of any social media platform you share to. All sharing must be done manually through official share mechanisms provided by each platform.

c. No Automation

All sharing actions must be performed manually by you. Automated or bot-driven sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from contests and termination of your account.

d. No Purchase Necessary

Sharing and supporting campaigns uses testnet cryptocurrency with no real monetary value. No purchase is required to participate in contests.

e. Data Sharing Consent

When you share a campaign, the social media platform you share to may collect data according to their privacy policy. We only track that a share was initiated, not the content of your posts.

✅ Voluntary Participation

You may exit the contest at any time before sharing. Once you share and donate, your support is counted toward the participant's ranking. You maintain full control over what you share and can edit or cancel before posting.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools or bots to manipulate contests, campaigns, or social sharing.
  • Create fake accounts or engage in spamming behavior.
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Circumvent sharing requirements through fraudulent means.
  • Violate any social media platform's terms of service while participating.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and branding on GoViralPromo are the property of GoViralPromo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such materials without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate behavior.

10. Data Sharing Disclosure

⚠️ Important Notice

By participating in a campaign, you acknowledge and agree that your name and email address may be shared with the Contest Creator who launched the contest. This is necessary to facilitate communication, reward distribution, and future engagement. If you do not wish for your information to be shared, please do not participate in contests where such sharing is noted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoViralPromo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Nigeria.
