💰 Refund & Cancellation

At GoViralPromo (operated by GOVIRALPROMO LIMITED), we strive to provide excellent marketing tools and brand activation services. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our service fees.

1. Service Fees

All payments made to GoViralPromo are service fees for platform access, campaign management tools, and strategic marketing services. These fees are independent of any rewards or prizes offered by Brand Partners.

2. Cancellation Policy

For Brands/Clients: You may cancel a campaign draft at any time before it is officially launched on the platform. Once a campaign is "Live" and has begun tracking engagement, the service is considered rendered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Campaigns that have already been launched and are visible to participants.
  • Fees for campaigns that did not reach a specific "viral" goal (as virality is subject to community response).
  • User accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use.

Eligible for Refund Consideration:

  • Technical failures on the platform that prevented a campaign from being launched.
  • Duplicate accidental payments for the same service.

4. Processing Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@goviralpromo.com within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Flutterwave within 5-10 business days.

5. Reward Disputes

GoViralPromo does not handle, escrow, or distribute contest rewards. As such, we cannot issue refunds for prizes or rewards promised by third-party Brands. Any disputes regarding contest rewards must be settled directly with the Brand Partner.
