GoViralPromo is a gamified crowdfunding platform where:

• Contest Creators launch contests incentivizing real social media engagement.
• Campaign Creators create mini-campaigns under contests.
• Participants (Donors) support campaigns using testnet USDC tokens.
• Winners are rewarded based on leaderboard performance.
• All activity is simulated using testnet tokens and does not involve real money transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be eligible to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal guardian consent.
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts & Wallets

You may need to connect a cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask) via Web3Auth.io to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and associated private keys. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your wallet.

5. Testnet Tokens & Rewards

The platform uses test USDC tokens for all campaign interactions. These tokens have no monetary value and are used solely for simulation and gamification purposes. Contest Creators may offer real-world rewards off-platform to winners, as defined during contest creation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or bots to manipulate contests or campaigns.
• Create fake accounts or engage in spamming behavior.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and branding on GoViralPromo are the property of GoViralPromo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any such materials without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate behavior.

9. Data Sharing Disclosure

By participating in a campaign, you acknowledge and agree that your name and email address may be shared with the Contest Creator who launched the contest. This is necessary to facilitate communication, reward distribution, and future engagement. If you do not wish for your information to be shared, please do not participate in contests where such sharing is noted.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
